Terms

The rules of the pour

The terms for using the apps and this site, including what the assistant is not allowed to be.

Effective October 2026

On this page

These terms cover use of the mobile apps from CROP BEER LTD and use of this website. They are effective October 2026. By using an app or this site, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the app and do not send us a message that assumes these terms apply to a different deal.

The agreement

The agreement is between you and the developer, CROP BEER LTD. It is not an agreement with the in-app assistant, with Singular, or with OneSignal. Those names appear because they describe how the apps work. They are not parties you can bind by talking to a screen. If a store’s own terms also apply to a download, those terms sit beside these, and they do not erase what this page says about the assistant or about data.

The work

The studio builds mobile apps for iOS and Android, and has done that work for years. A product from us is made for both platforms. The work covers behavior, design, build, testing, release, and updates. Both clients come from one shared plan. A screen that exists on one platform is meant to exist on the other, with the habits of that platform respected.

Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular feature will be finished on a particular day, unless we have said that in writing in a message to you. The pages describe how we work and how the apps treat data. They are not a catalogue of client names, and they are not a quote.

Acceptable use

Use an app for the purpose it presents. Do not use it to harm another person, to harass anyone, or to send unlawful content to the assistant. Do not try to break the software, to probe systems you do not operate, or to interfere with Singular, OneSignal, or the unique id so that attribution or push is forged. Do not pretend the assistant is a human, and do not present its replies to someone else as professional advice.

You may not use the app as a channel to pass personal data to another user. The product is not built for that, and attempting to force such a path is a misuse. If we find a use that breaks these rules, we may stop supporting that install. We will say so in writing when we can reach you.

The assistant’s limits

The in-app assistant can talk with you. It is not a human. It is not professional advice, and it must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or any other qualified counsel. It can be wrong. A fluent reply is still software. Do not rely on it for a decision that needs a qualified person.

What you write is used only to produce the reply. It is not passed to other users. It is not added to a personal profile, because the apps do not keep one. The assistant is not a way to contact the developer. If you need us, write to the email in the disputes section. Waiting for the assistant to “pass it on” will not start that conversation.

Attribution, push, and the unique id

Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The only identifying item is a unique id. Singular uses that id to attribute an install. OneSignal uses it, with the token the operating system provides, to deliver a notification to the device. The id is not your name.

The apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location, and they do not build a personal profile. Users do not send personal data to each other. The fuller account is the privacy note, which is part of how we explain the product. If this section and that note ever seem to disagree, the privacy note is the detailed map of data, and we will correct the mismatch.

Availability

The apps, the assistant, this website, Singular, and OneSignal can be unavailable. Networks fail. Phones run out of battery. Updates take time to reach both platforms. We do not promise that a feature will be up at every hour, or that a reply from the assistant will arrive, or that a push will be delivered the moment it is sent. On-device screens may still open when the network is gone, and that is a function, not a promise of completeness.

We may change, pause, or remove a feature when the product needs it. Both platforms are meant to move together. A gap between them, if one appears during a release, is a bug to close, not a second product with different rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. The date of this version is October 2026. Continued use after the new date means the new terms apply. If a change affects how data moves, the privacy note changes too, on its own date. Check the date when the terms matter to a decision you are making.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved by writing to the developer. Send a message to CROP BEER LTD at [email protected]. Describe what happened, which app and platform you were using, and what you want done. We answer in writing. Do not raise the dispute with the assistant. It cannot settle anything, and it is not a person who can speak for the studio.

We do not name a city or a court on this page. The first step is a written note to the developer, and a written reply. If you need the contacts form instead of your own mail app, it is on the contacts page. It opens your mail client. It does not file a dispute on a server.
